Lanc View was an exclusive development of four high-quality, luxury homes in rural Herefordshire.

We have a long-standing relationship with Servii Homes, so were able to quickly take the lead on sourcing the right land opportunity. In this instance, we presented them with a full land and development appraisal prior to them purchasing the site.

 

Following this, we carried out the construction cost plan and assisted them with the Reserved Matters Planning application and technical development of the scheme.

 

The properties were in an elevated position above the rural Herefordshire village of Llancloudy, sitting just 5 miles north of Monmouth off the A466 to Hereford.

 

Each property has attractive architectural features and well-designed internal layouts. The houses (plots 1 & 2) are double fronted and similar in design. They are constructed of rendered masonry walls with brick plinths and red concrete tiled pitched roofs. They both have dormer windows, chimney stacks, and oak framed apex porches above the front doors. There are double glazed uPVC  windows throughout, stone sills and brick lintels at the front. At the rear, there are French doors with tall windows and a back door.The bungalows (plots 3 & 4) are different in appearance to one another. The 3- bedroom bungalow has rendered masonry walls, while the 2-bedroom bungalow has brick. Both properties have slate tiled pitched roofs, chimney stacks uPVC double glazing, stone sills and brick lintels at the front. There are composite front doors with glazed side panels and French doors with tall windows at the rear.
